We go through every step with you up to the opening and beyond. This includes creating the business plan, site selection, and much more. Our team at headquarters and our dedicated managers and staff are always by your side. You can depend on us to support you after your grand opening to assist with operational tasks and potential challenges: whether it is IT related or you are in need of marketing assets. We see ourselves as a 365-degree agency that accompanies you throughout your entire journey.
From your first contact to the opening of your vomFASS business, we accompany you on an exciting journey. After you get in touch with us, the initial interview takes place, where you will learn, in detail, what to expect. We will define the steps you will go through and you will learn key information about the investment needs and income opportunities. Further steps will follow, such as clarifying the financing, the possibility of gaining practical experience in one of our vomFASS stores during discovery days and/or internships (allows you to participate in a comprehensive basic seminar in an existing franchise location). During this time, we begin searching for a suitable location for your business and plan it out carefully. Once the franchise agreement is signed, we do everything we can to set the build out phase quickly, efficiently, and work together towards the exciting opening of your vomFASS business.
Finding a suitable shop can be challenging as the choice of the right location is crucial for the success of a vomFASS business. We support you not only in researching and analyzing the location but also support in negotiating and concluding rental contracts. Depending on your location and country of business, real estate laws will prevail.
The journey from an interested party to a franchise business owner is very personal and depends on your individual situation. For example, the time it takes to find the ideal location can vary greatly. Our goal is not to achieve a quick opening but to focus on long-term success with you. Since you are taking the step into self-employment, the initial investment is naturally higher than your eventual income. During the initial interview, we will inform you comprehensively about the income opportunities and the detailed structure of the investments and will share a proforma calculation.
